Unit 20 is..... our spacious, well appointed adventure ready 1-bedroom townhouse with great views of the desert red rock in front and the green of our resort and "The Portal" in the back. Close and easy access to the meadow, pool and spa. Perfect for 2 adults and two kids ages 8 - 17, 3 singles, or for 1 couple and two singles. Enjoy the fresh air and views in any of three private outdoor spaces. The main deck is upstairs and comes complete with a bistro table, BBQ grill and a fireplace to stay cozy and comfortable on cooler nights. Two parking spots in the carport will shade your vehicles from the sun and provide easy storage for your adventure toys. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a Juliet balcony to observe your surroundings. Just off the living room is access to the loft space which includes 2 twin beds, perfect for kids 8 years old and up. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking accessories. The main floor has a half bath, a washer and dryer, and a small room perfect for storing your bikes and gear.
