Our Townhouses
Perfect for groups and families, our townhouse accommodations fulfill every need on your list. Our townhouses come in several configurations, in one, two and three bedroom units. Each unit has a private deck and Juliet balcony. The deck has outdoor seating, a fireplace, and a private BBQ. Our Moab accommodations offer all of the relaxation and comfort you will ever need while staying in Utah.
Unit 18
Unit 18 is our colorful and creative 1 bedroom retreat. Enjoy the cozy breakfast nook with wide-open views of the red rock or have your morning cup of coffee on the Juliet balcony off the master bedroom and take in the glory of a Moab morning with a grand view of The Portal as your backdrop. Unit 18 is perfect for a couple or small family with kids. The ground level has a half bathroom, a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer, a small room with bunk beds (under 14 only) and a door leading to a deck with a very inviting wicker chair and table. Up the stairs is the main living space which includes a fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker and it all leads out onto a covered deck with comfortable seating and a fireplace for cooler nights. The living area has two lounge chairs with a flat screen TV, and the master bedroom has a dreamy king-sized bed, bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. A fun loft space completes this easy living townhouse with a twin sized bed tucked away for additional privacy. Pull right into the 2-space carport dedicated to your unit with all your adventure toys knowing you don’t have to haul anything through a lobby.
Unit 19
Unit 19 is our spacious and adventure-ready 1 bedroom townhouse with great views of the desert red rock in front and the green of our resort and The Portal in the back. Enjoy the fresh air and views in any of the three private outdoor lounge spaces. The main deck comes complete with an outdoor dining table, BBQ Grill and a fireplace to stay cozy and comfortable on cooler nights. Two parking spots in the carport will shade your vehicles from the sun and provides easy storage for your adventure toys. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a Juliet balcony to observe your surroundings. Just off of the living room is access to the loft space which includes 2 twin beds, perfect for kids and young adults. If you enjoy cooking on your vacation, the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking accessories or just take a walk down the road to Atomic Grill. The main floor has a half bath, a washer and dryer, and a small room perfect to house and sort your gear.
Unit 21
Unit 21 is our deluxe 2-bedroom townhouse. Deluxe because the second bedroom is a studio complete with its own entrance, patio deck, full bath, microwave, mini fridge, flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The door leads to the foyer where a closet houses the stackable washer and dryer. Upstairs leads to the master bedroom with a Juliet balcony, a large living area including a flat screen TV with a wide assortment of video games, and a fun loft with two twin beds and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar making it easy to be part of the living room, dining space, and outdoor dining/lounging on the covered deck. Additional features include a sleeper sofa, a 2-space carport, and easy access to the private meadow and pool.
Unit 22
Unit 22 is our deluxe 2-bedroom end unit with excellent views from every window. Deluxe because the second bedroom is a studio complete with its own entrance, king-sized bed, patio deck, full bath, microwave, flat screen TV, mini fridge, and a walk-in closet. A stackable washer and dryer unit is located in a closet at the entrance of the townhouse. Up to the second level is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and Juliet Balcony to enjoy spectacular views of Moab. Completing the second level is a large living area including a flat screen TV, indoor dining space, outdoor dining/lounge on the covered deck and the entrance to the loft with two twin beds. The deck off of the kitchen includes a fireplace and BBQ grill for home cooking. With plenty of outdoor spaces you are sure to enjoy the fresh air and nature during your stay!
